These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rent Relax website, platform, and services (“Services”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Rent Relax provides property-related optimization, automation, dynamic pricing, and marketing services for short-term rental hosts. Specific services may vary and are described on our website or in direct communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our platform, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Client Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Only use our Services for lawful purposes.

Not misuse the website or Services, including attempting unauthorized access or submitting harmful content.

Maintain Rent Relax as a co-host with full permissions on your Airbnb account for the duration of the engagement.

4. Payments & Minimum Commitment

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Fees for Services must be paid as agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Setup Fee Protection: Rent Relax waives a standard $500 setup fee for hosts who maintain services for at least 90 consecutive days.

If you remove Rent Relax as co-host or terminate Services before 30 days, you agree to pay a $500 early termination fee to cover the cost of automation, optimization, and setup work already completed.

Notice Requirement: You must provide at least 15 days written notice (email or Airbnb message) before removing Rent Relax as co-host. Removing Rent Relax without notice constitutes early termination and triggers the $500 fee.

5. Ownership of Work

All optimizations, automation systems, dynamic pricing setups, and custom digital assets created by Rent Relax remain the intellectual property of Rent Relax.

Upon termination of Services, you will no longer have access to these systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. User Content

If you provide content such as property information, images, or testimonials:

You retain ownership of your content but grant Rent Relax a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for service delivery and marketing purposes (unless otherwise agreed).

You warrant that you have the rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including text, graphics, branding, and software) is the property of Rent Relax or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent Relax shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Any loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of or inability to use our Services.

Third-party website content or service interruptions outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

9. Privacy and Data Use

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, payment processors). Rent Relax is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

Rent Relax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

If you remove Rent Relax as a co-host without providing notice or before the 90-day minimum, you agree to pay the $500 early termination fee.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
